I speak with so many people who are struggling. It doesn't mean that these people are not grateful to live in the U.S.A. It doesn't mean that they are not aware of the possiblities that still exist here. But people are suffering. Now is the time to buy a property while the prices are low and interest rates are down. But the same people that would love to buy, can't. Why not? Their credit is compromised because of their financial hardships. Even if they get a job and try to get on their feet financially their credit will hold them back. It only takes a short time to lose 100's of points on your credit, but often takes years to build it back up again. G-d Bless America!
