She was extremely knowledgeable and FUN. Looking at houses all day was not something I was looking forward to, but she actually made it enjoyable. She also was very good at listening to our likes & dislikes, and using that to direct us more efficiently later in the afternoon. On a 1 to 10 scale, she goes to 11! Rene was incredible!
