Bobbi and Annette began their real estate careers independent of one another.  Over a dozen years ago they were working in the same realty office, their cubicles side-by-side.  Over a 2 year period, they began to see a pattern to their sales success.  When Bobbi was riding high in sales, Annette would hit a dry spell.  And when Annette was consistently sitting at the closing table, Bobbi was trying to keep her head above water.  That’s when it occured to these ladies that maybe by collaborating their skills and expertise they could steadily be servicing clients.  This arrangement has been working for these ladies the past 11 years.

Bobbi is a longtime resident of the East Mountain area.  She and her husband Ben have 2 beautiful, young adult daughters.  Bobbi and Ben have both been involved in the horse industry.  Bobbi has raised, ridden and shown horses for many years.  She has also raised and shown pigmy goats which have achieved championship status.  Bobbi is an avid skier, hiker and bowler.  The East Mountain region offers excellent ski runs within a 10 minute drive.  The Carrillo’s are faithful church attenders and over the years Bobbi has taught a number of Sunday School classes.

Annette is a transplant from California, but has lived in the area for over 20 years.  She and her husband of 43 years, Jay, have 2 children and 4 grandchildren.   They are a close knit family who attend church together weekly and then congregate at Annette and Jay’s for Sunday dinner.  Annette’s involvment in her church is two-fold: she is the social director and serves on the planning committee for a new church the congregation is looking to build.  She is an avid reader of fiction, naming Belva Plain and Maeve Binchy as 2 of her favorite authors.  For exercise she enjoys walking and loves swimming.
