And yet, magicians like David Copperfield and Harry Blackstone have made an “honest” living becoming world-famous for their ability to entertain by deception. Ironic, isn’t it?
Wanting to trust what we see and hear is important to everyone. It’s especially important when making a large financial investment, like buying a home.
Today’s real estate market has a rich supply of homes, many of them the product of a foreclosure. These homes stand empty, lacking the vitality that once dwelled in their rooms. With no owner, save the bank, it’s difficult to showcase a vacant home. There is literally not much there to entice a buyer.
That’s why many real estate agents who market these homes have turned to virtual home stagers for help.
